Banyule Hawks would like to welcome Allison Bogle who joins us in the role of Manager, Club Operations. Allison will be providing strategic advice and will oversee Club processes and programs including team planning, communications, sponsorship and stakeholder relations, and player development programs and clinics.

Allison has a long history working and playing in basketball. As an ex-WNBL player and with experience coaching professionally, she has a strong understanding of basketball on and off the court.

Allison was previously the General Manager at Collingwood Basketball Association and has also worked with the Sydney Kings and Melbourne Tigers.

Allison is passionate, committed, and hardworking with over 15 years’ experience in administrative roles, managing projects and leading teams. She has a diverse set of skills and unique range of experiences in sport, health, and mining industries across not-for-profit organisations, statutory authorities, and the private sector.

She has managed sponsorship agreements, worked with school and local community groups to deliver sports programs, managed a multipurpose venue, and ran large scale conferences.
